Tea Party favorite Sharron Angle is in the Granite State for a whirlwind day of events to promote Christian film The Genesis Code, starting with a morning press conference where Angle will be introduced by NHGOP Chair and fellow tea partier Jack Kimball.
Angle, a Nevada native, is best known as the U.S. Senate candidate who gave Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid a run for his money in the 2010 election cycle. A former Nevada State Assemblywoman, Angle now heads up the tea party-organized Patriot Caucus PAC. An earlier stop in Iowa to promote The Genesis Code raised questions of a potential Presidential run, when Angle told the Des Moines Register that she is “investigating all [her] options” for the future. In the intervening weeks, Angle has not made any moves toward organizing a run, but her New Hampshire trip is sure to keep tongues wagging on the subject.
