The Daniel Webster Council of the Boy Scouts of America are hosting a unique fundraiser in Manchester NH tomorrow called “Xtreme Descent.” Xreme Decent is an urban rappelling challenge that aims to raise $100,000 in support of the organization.
Participants will rappel down the 24-story Brady Sullivan building. Over The Edge, a professional rappelling organization, will control the experience ensuring all participants touch ground safely.
Rappelling beings at 10 a.m. for Saturday’s Main Event and will continue regularly throughout the day. The plaza will host a variety of activities in which the public is welcome to participate.
Xtreme Descent sponsors include AT&T, Spectrum Marketing, Brady Sullivan Properties, Calypso Communications, Contact Telecom, St. Mary’s Bank, The Meat House, and Hampshire First Bank.
