When former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush makes his first visit to New Hampshire since announcing his interest in running for President, among his first stops will be at a fund-raiser for 1st District U.S. Rep. Frank Guinta.
As the New Hampshire Journal first reported on Twitter, Bush will be the “special guest” at a fundraiser for Guinta’s campaign committee, Friends of Frank Guinta, on March 13 at 5 p.m. at the Manchester Country Club. Ticket prices begin at $500-a-person and $1,000-a-couple. Admission to a pre-reception roundtable with Bush will cost $5,400-a-couple.

It’s the first event of Bush’s two-day (March 13 and 14) visit to the state, to be made public. Other stops on the visit are still being formulated, according to a source in the Bush camp.
Bush last visited the state in 2000 campaigning for his brother’s presidential candidacy. After forming the Right to Rise PAC in January, Bush has been moving quickly toward a formal candidacy. He hired veteran political operative Rich Killion as the senior New Hampshire advisor for his PAC less than two weeks ago.
