Updated: O’Malley, Kaine, McCain in NH today to campaign for state candidates

Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley is campaigning today with Gov. Maggie Hassan and Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.

 
O’Malley, who is considering a presidential run, will be making his fifth visit to the first-primary state in the past year.

 

O’Malley and Hassan will greeted voters at Wellington’s Marketplace in downtown Concord, with Mayor Jim Bouley.

 

 
Later today, O’Malley is scheduled to attend a chili event with firefighters and Shaheen in Laconia.

 

 
Also in the state on Monday will be Delaware Gov. Jack Markell. He and Hassan, along with state Sen. Andrew Hosmer, will tour the Lakes Region Community College at 2:30 p.m.

 

And Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine campaign earlier today for Shaheen in Nashua and at Saint Anselm College and will appear later this afternoon at the Portsmouth field office.

 

Shaheen campaigned in Berlin earlier today before she meets up with O’Malley in Laconia.

 

On the Republican side, Sen. John McCain, who arrived in the state on Sunday, will campaign with Senate candidate Scott Brown on Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the American Legion Post No. 3 in Nashua.

 

Earlier, at 945 a.m., he will campaign with 2nd District U.S. House candidate Marilinda Garcia, at the Hollis Pharmacy in Hollis.
